We are looking for a professional and responsible HR Manager to manage all HR operations for our manufacturing project. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in manufacturing HR, especially in plastic factories, and be skilled in payroll, attendance management, and handling employees on a daily operational level.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations for the manufacturing site.
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and employee exit processes.
- Oversee daily attendance, correct errors, and ensure accurate reporting.
- Manage payroll: overtime, deductions, benefits, and monthly salary preparation.
- Monitor employee performance, discipline, and factory behavior issues.
- Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with Ethiopian labor law.
- Prepare contracts, warnings, memos, and other HR documents.
- Maintain employee files and proper documentation.
- Coordinate training, safety rules, and HR compliance activities.
- Maintain smooth employee relations and support management needs.
- Provide HR reports and updates to management regularly.
- Perform additional HR duties as required for factory operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of HR experience, preferably in the plastic or manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of labor law and HR compliance.
- Solid experience in payroll and attendance systems.
- Ability to manage large groups of employees and factory discipline.
Contract Note: This is a 6-month contract-based opportunity and probability of extended based on performance and the company’s operational needs.
