Responsibilities and Duties
- Setting up and operating machines according to established procedures
- Monitoring machines for proper operation and making necessary adjustments
- Troubleshooting and resolving machine malfunctions
- Inspecting parts for quality and accuracy
- Maintaining accurate production records
- Performing routine maintenance checks on equipment
- Following strict safety rules and regulations
- Assisting in the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery
- Working with others to ensure equipment is in proper working order
- Operating tools and computer-operated equipment
Qualification
- BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering or Level 4 complete in General Mechanic or Advanced Diploma in Industrial Mechanic with COC.
- In any type of factory, preferably a food factory. For BSc, 1 year; for Level and Advanced Diploma, a minimum of 2 years.
