Key Responsibilities
- Handle Inquiries: Serve as the first point of contact for learners, organizations, and visitors, providing accurate information about admissions, programs, and requirements.
- Admissions Coordination: Assist in the end-to-end admissions process, from application review to scheduling interviews and managing learners' records.
- Frontline Support: Answer calls, respond to emails, and greet walk-ins with professionalism and a problem-solving attitude.
- Event Support: Coordinate open house events, campus tours, and other learner recruitment activities.
- Administrative Support: Maintain organized files, update admissions databases, and prepare reports as needed.
What You Bring
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Experience: 0-2 years in customer service, administration, or a related role (experience in colleges or training institutions is a plus).
- Skills: Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other software
- Professionalism: A customer-focused mindset and ability to work under minimal supervision.
