Role Overview

As a Strategic Initiatives Intern, you will work closely with our team to support high-impact projects, conduct research, analyze data, and contribute to strategic decision-making. This role is ideal for someone with an engineering mindset who thrives in problem-solving, enjoys big-picture thinking, and is eager to learn and implement solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Department: Strategic & Initiatives department

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic projects.
• Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making on key initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and drive implementation.
• Develop frameworks, models, or tools to optimize project outcomes.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas.

Qualifications & Skills

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering (any discipline) or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach.
• Ability to grasp complex concepts and translate them into actionable insights.
• Interest in strategy, project management, and business operations.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Python, etc.) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Self-motivated, curious, and eager to take on challenges.
