We seek someone who will lead from the heart of our home in Kigali, embodying:

One who understands the intricate harmony of nature, the fragile balance of ecosystems, and the unique heartbeat of Rwanda’s cultures and communities.

High Level Focus

• Lead operations and company strategy
• Grow the brand’s reputation and reach
• Balance priorities between conservation and hospitality
• Develop short- to mid-term strategies to meet goals
• Ensure efficient, effective daily operations
• Oversee forecasting and key business relationships

Requirements

• 10 – 15 years’ experience in hospitality safari operations, primarily in the private sector, with 10 years in a senior operational leadership role.

Skills:

• The ability to act as a bridge builder in a time of conflict, demonstrating humility, maturity, and situational sensitivity
• Personal leadership skills, self-awareness, and responsibility for personal development
• Diversity management, embracing divergent points of view and socio-cultural differences
• Analytical, numerical, and listening skills

Interests:

• A passion for wildlife and a commitment to sustainability and conservation

• This position is based in Kigali, Rwanda
