This is a performance-based role ideal for energetic and outgoing individuals looking to earn and learn over the summer break.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hit the Streets: Get out into the community and find potential drivers.
• Be a Guide: Help drivers with their registration, collect documents, and get them started.
• Promote the Brand: Professionally and persuasively represent the Little App.
• Achieve Goals: Meet daily and weekly targets for driver registrations.
• Follow Up: Ensure registered drivers get online and complete their first trips.

What We're Looking For:

You don't need a fancy degree or tons of experience. If you're a high school graduate, college student, or recent grad with a go-getter attitude, you're a perfect fit!

• Excellent Communicator: You love talking to people and can clearly explain benefits.
• Addis Ababa Savvy: Knowing your way around the city is a plus!
• Goal-Oriented: You're motivated to achieve targets and thrive under pressure.
• Friendly & Outgoing: You have a positive personality and enjoy engaging with others.
• Tech-Savvy: You're comfortable with smartphones and basic apps.

Your Earning Potential (Paid Per Commission!):

This is a performance-based role where your efforts directly translate into your earnings!

• Commission per Active Driver: You'll earn a commission for every driver you register who completes at least one trip.
• Minimum Target = Great Income: If you meet the minimum target of 8 drivers registered per day (with at least 1 completed trip per driver), your daily earnings will be significant! The more drivers you onboard, the more you make.
• Bonuses for Top Performers: Go above and beyond and unlock extra bonuses!

Flexible Hours & Great Perks:

Work on your own schedule (preferably 6 hours/day) and kick off your day with a quick morning briefing at 8:00 AM at our main office.
