About Us:

We are a leading furniture company with multiple showrooms in Addis Ababa, offering high-quality and stylish furniture solutions to our customers. We are looking for young, energetic, and motivated individuals to join our marketing and sales team and contribute to our growing business.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Intern with a passion for market research, data analysis, and strategic reporting. In this role, you will support our marketing team by:

• Conducting in-depth research
• Analyzing campaign performance
• Translating data into actionable insights

This internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, where you’ll contribute to real marketing projects while developing expertise in data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Collect, interpret, and present marketing data (e.g., campaign performance, customer insights).
• Assist in preparing detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Support digital marketing efforts (social media, email campaigns, SEO, etc.).
• Collaborate with the team on brainstorming and strategy development.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools (Excel, Google Analytics, SPSS, etc.).
• Excellent report-writing and presentation skills (samples preferred).
• Familiarity with marketing research methodologies.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing is a plus.
• Duration: 3-month Internship
