Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with HR in the recruitment of trainers
  • Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions
  • Coordinate with the curriculum team to ensure quality training content
  • Deploy a variety of training methods based on research
  • Schedule trainers to ensure seamless training sessions
  • Monitor and evaluate training programs’ effectiveness
  • Analyze gaps and barriers to increase training efficiency
  • Prepare and execute an efficient follow-up system
  • Follow up on trainers and students to maintain training quality
  • Manage the training budget and ensure compliance
  • Resolve specific problems and tailor training programs
  • Stay updated on training trends and best practices
  • Plan and implement training sessions based on requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments as needed
  • Coordinate all aspects of trainer engagement

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in training coordination or facilitation
  • Strong understanding of instructional design and training methodologies
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Experience using digital tools for training delivery
  • Analytical mindset to assess training effectiveness
  • High level of organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with budgeting and resource allocation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to training quality
