Tasks and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with HR in the recruitment of trainers
- Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions
- Coordinate with the curriculum team to ensure quality training content
- Deploy a variety of training methods based on research
- Schedule trainers to ensure seamless training sessions
- Monitor and evaluate training programs’ effectiveness
- Analyze gaps and barriers to increase training efficiency
- Prepare and execute an efficient follow-up system
- Follow up on trainers and students to maintain training quality
- Manage the training budget and ensure compliance
- Resolve specific problems and tailor training programs
- Stay updated on training trends and best practices
- Plan and implement training sessions based on requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments as needed
- Coordinate all aspects of trainer engagement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in training coordination or facilitation
- Strong understanding of instructional design and training methodologies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Experience using digital tools for training delivery
- Analytical mindset to assess training effectiveness
- High level of organizational and problem-solving skills
