Job Summary:

On behalf of our candidates, we are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Officer with a biomedical background to lead marketing initiatives in our client's medical center.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to biomedical and healthcare services.
• Plan, organize, and execute campaigns across digital and offline platforms targeting patients, healthcare professionals, and partners.
• Work closely with the clinical and biomedical teams to understand service offerings and effectively communicate them to target audiences.
• Identify and develop partnerships with clinics, hospitals, NGOs, and health professionals to promote services.
• Oversee content creation including brochures, blogs, newsletters, and social media updates relevant to biomedical services.
• Analyze marketing data and trends to improve strategies and ROI.
• Represent the organization at healthcare conferences, exhibitions, and events.
• Lead a small team or collaborate cross-functionally with departments to ensure campaign success.
• Provide strategic input and contribute to business development planning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management, or related fields.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a medical or biomedical setting.
• Strong knowledge of medical services, terminology, and healthcare market dynamics.
• Proven experience in healthcare marketing, with demonstrated campaign success.
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in digital marketing tools, analytics, and CRM platforms.

Preferred:

• Experience working in a hospital, clinic, or diagnostic center.
• Additional certifications in healthcare marketing or leadership are a plus.
