Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage content strategies across all social media channels
• Monitor, respond to, and grow our online community
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize content for engagement and reach
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align content with brand goals
• Stay ahead of trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in social and digital media
• Support internal and external communication initiatives as needed

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in social media management and content creation
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative content and campaign results
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and digital engagement
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
