As a Nurse at Redat HealthCare, you will play a critical role in managing patient care plans, ensuring the highest standards of medical care. You will work closely with physicians, administer treatments, and provide ongoing support to patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage patient care plans according to physicians’ instructions.
- Administer medications, IVs, and other treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and health status.
- Clean and dress wounds, change bandages and provide post-operative care.
- Communicate effectively with doctors, updating them on patients’ conditions.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Job Requirements:
- University degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.Valid nursing license and relevant certifications.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
- Strong knowledge of medical procedures, patient care, and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
