Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Office Engineer with a background in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology & Management (COTM). The ideal candidate will support project documentation, coordination, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and reviewing project documents, drawings, and reports.
- Coordinate between site engineers, contractors, and clients for smooth project workflow.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, budgets, and schedules.
- Support quantity surveying, cost estimation, and material tracking.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in resolving technical and administrative issues as they arise.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (BSc) or Construction Technology & Management (COTM).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in office engineering, site supervision, or related roles.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office (Excel, Word, Project), and construction software.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
- Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player.
