Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Office Engineer with a background in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology & Management (COTM). The ideal candidate will support project documentation, coordination, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and reviewing project documents, drawings, and reports.
  • Coordinate between site engineers, contractors, and clients for smooth project workflow.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, budgets, and schedules.
  • Support quantity surveying, cost estimation, and material tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in resolving technical and administrative issues as they arise.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (BSc) or Construction Technology & Management (COTM).
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in office engineering, site supervision, or related roles.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office (Excel, Word, Project), and construction software.
    • Strong organizational and communication skills.
    • Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
  • Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player.
