Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and professional Marketing and Account Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the bridge between our company and our valued clients—ensuring effective communication, client satisfaction, and new business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
- Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships.
- Visit client offices to present services, understand needs, and close deals.
- Collaborate with internal departments to meet client expectations and resolve issues promptly.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of client communications and contracts.
- Provide regular feedback and market insights to the management team.
Requirements
- Female candidates only.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing, customer service, account executive, or related roles is a plus.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Very active, outgoing, and professional in appearance and attitude.
- Willingness to travel locally to client offices as needed.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Knowledge of marketing and customer relationship tools is an added advantage.
