Tsehay Insurance S.C., established in 2012 and licensed by the National Bank of Ethiopia, is a leading Ethiopian insurance company offering a wide range of general and life insurance products. Starting with three branches in Addis Ababa, it has grown to 42 branches nationwide, providing services such as motor, engineering, pecuniary, liability, marine, fire, accident, and medical insurance. With strong financial performance, including 1.017 billion Birr in gross written premiums and 173.8 million Birr in profit in 2023/2024,

Qualification:
- BA/BSc Degree In Accounting/ Finance/Auditing /Related Field
- 7 years’ experience in insurance out of which 3 years in senior positions
Place of Work-: Head office
Skills Needed:
- Strong knowledge of insurance operations, including general and life insurance products.
- Expertise in accounting, finance, and auditing within the insurance sector.
- Proven leadership and management experience in senior roles (minimum 3 years).
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of contributing to strategic financial planning.
