Job Summary
A professional and organized Receptionist with 3–5 years of experience, responsible for managing front-desk operations, handling communications, and providing excellent customer service to visitors and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails
- Manage front desk activities and maintain a tidy reception area
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Maintain records, files, and basic administrative documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth daily operations
- Support administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of proven experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Officer
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Office Administration, Business, or related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
