Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Case Executive with prior experience in import-related operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling case documentation, coordinating import processes, and supporting day-to-day operational activities.
Gender: Female candidates are preferred
Experience Required: Minimum of 1+ year
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and follow up on import-related cases and documentation
- Coordinate with suppliers, agents, and relevant authorities
- Prepare, review, and manage import documents and records
- Track shipment status and resolve issues related to import processes
- Ensure compliance with import regulations and company procedures
- Provide regular updates and reports to management
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 1+ year of relevant work experience
- Prior experience working on import-related jobs is mandatory
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
