Job Objective:
To protect the bank's employees, customers, buildings, offices and assets; to control and maintain security equipment in proper condition; to control and direct vehicles entering and leaving the buildings; to implement the regulations and laws issued by the country and the bank.
Duties:
- Protecting the bank's buildings, offices and employees.
- Controlling security and surveillance equipment.
- Checking and controlling entry and exit of buildings.
- Carrying out cash transfers as per instructions from relevant officials.
- Prevent accidents and injuries, report suspicious situations, and report violations of regulations.
- Direct and control vehicles entering and exiting the bank premises.
- Report incidents and control measures occurring on the bank premises to the superior.
- Maintain the security of the bank and its branches in accordance with the laws issued by the bank.
- Perform maintenance work on security equipment according to the manufacturer's instructions, notify of major repairs, and check the technical suitability of new equipment.
- Work collaboratively with other security members.
- Provide consistent customer service related to security work.
- Adhere to the bank's service and qualification requirements.
- To comply with the Bank, State and Federal laws.
- To provide necessary cooperation and support to emergency calls from employees and customers.
- To protect the Bank and its branches' assets from robbery, assault and fire.
- To perform other security-related tasks as assigned by the immediate superior.
Qualification
- Education: 12th/10th grade complete.
- Police or Military training certificate is advantageous.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years cognate banking experience with an age range of 25 to 45.
- Experience in Military/Police is advantageous.
