Key Responsibilities
- Search, identify, and track all relevant tenders from government and private sectors.
- Prepare complete tender documents, including technical, financial, and administrative requirements.
- Analyze tender specifications, terms, eligibility criteria, and bid instructions.
- Coordinate with departments to gather accurate financial data, pricing, and cost breakdowns.
- Prepare bid bonds, performance guarantees, and other financial documents.
- Follow up on tender submissions and maintain tender status reports.
- Ensure all tender documents meet compliance standards and submission deadlines.
- Maintain an organized database of tenders, contracts, and related documents.
- Assist in negotiation processes and support contract award activities.
- Liaise with procurement teams, suppliers, and finance departments as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Accounting background is highly encouraged, especially for handling financial proposals and cost analyses.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in tender preparation, procurement, or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of tender processes, bid evaluations, and government procurement procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail, document accuracy, and time management.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PDF preparation).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
