Job Summary
The Senior Human Resources Officer is responsible for carrying out tasks, such as recruitment, staffing, payroll, pension, training and development, performance monitoring, and other HR-related activities.
Qualifications and Requirements
Education
· B.A/M.A degree in human resources management, business administration, law, management, or other related fields.
Experience
· Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in the area of human resource management, at least two years at the senior or supervisory level.
· Proven track record of executing HR duties and responsibilities.
Skills and Competencies
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
· Excellent report-writing and presentation abilities;
· Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams;
· Very familiar with the Ethiopian Labour law and disciplinary procedures;
· Proven experience in private organizations as an HR Officer;
· Strong ethics and reliability.
