CCMS, a USA-based company, is expanding and opening a new office in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia! We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Python Developer to join our AI team. This is a long-term opportunity, and we are hiring ASAP!

About the Role:

As a Senior Python Developer, you will work closely with developers in the USA and other countries to build and enhance AI-driven solutions. You will play a key role in our AI team, helping develop and optimize machine learning models, AI applications, and scalable backend systems.

Job Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in Python development
• Knowledge of AI modeling and machine learning
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn
• Expertise in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
• Knowledge of MySQL or PostgreSQL Database
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and system integrations
• Ability to collaborate with an international team across different time zones
•  Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Must have a degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or equivalent experience
• Ability to bring new ideas and innovations to improve AI and Python-based solutions
• AWS experience is a PLUS and will be highly valued!
