Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage front desk operations, including handling phone calls, inquiries, and reservations.
- Use CENET software for check-in/check-out, room allocations, and guest records.
- Provide information about the hotel, services, and local attractions.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest service.

Requirements
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, Receptionist or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year working with CENET software in a hospitality environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
