Ellilta Women at Risk (EWAR) is a local nonprofit organization committed to restoring dignity and transforming the lives of women impacted by prostitution and sexual exploitation. Through holistic rehabilitation and empowerment programs, EWAR operates in Addis Ababa, Oromia, and BahirDar.
We are currently seeking passionate and qualified individuals to join our team for the following position:
Key Responsibilities
- Develop annual work plans, define objectives and indicators, and align projects with organizational goals and M&E frameworks.
- Ensure timely and quality delivery of activities, apply M&E tools, and use data to guide decisions and improve performance.
- Supervise staff and coordinate with partners, communities, and stakeholders for effective collaboration.
- Review deliverables, ensure accuracy, and submit timely progress reports to management and donors.
- Manage budgets, oversee expenditures, and maintain documentation.
- Resolve operational issues and lead project meetings.
- Support administrative tasks and perform additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications
- BA/MA in Project management, sociology, social work, or related fields.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience, preferably in NGOs or social development.
- Strong leadership, planning, reporting, and team management skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
