About the Role:
We’re looking for a creative and energetic Social Media Manager to help grow our brand online. If you love storytelling, digital marketing, and making content that people love, this is the role for you!
What You’ll Do:
- Plan and post creative content on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more.
- Write catchy captions and stories that connect with our audience.
- Keep an eye on trends and suggest new content ideas.
- Schedule posts to keep our social media active and engaging.
- Track performance and improve content based on results.
- Reply to comments and messages in a friendly, professional way.
- Work with the marketing team to support campaigns and promotions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Creative with fresh ideas for posts and visuals.
- At least some experience on social media as personal, freelance, or for a company.
- Good understanding of social media trends and audience behavior.
- Basic design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.) are a bonus.
- Excellent writing and communication in English and Amharic.
- Passion for storytelling and creating content that adds value.
- Quick learner and adaptable to new tools and strategies.
