On behalf of our client, our recruitment team is looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join their HR team.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Under the guidance of the HR Manager, the Talent Acquisition & Development Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing effective recruitment and talent development programs. This role focuses on attracting top talent, enhancing employee skills, and driving performance through strategic HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies, including sourcing, screening, and selection processes.
- Create and implement human resource planning initiatives.
- Collaborate with departments to design professional career path systems.
- Conduct employee satisfaction evaluations, hiring needs analysis, and workforce planning.
- Planned and implemented recruitment initiatives such as employee referral programs and recruitment marketing tools.
- Enhance the candidate experience and recommend strategies to improve employee retention.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and opportunities.
- Design and develop comprehensive training programs, materials, and delivery methods.
- Partner with external training providers and recruitment agencies to enhance learning opportunities.
- Facilitate interactive training sessions using various instructional techniques.
- Assess training effectiveness through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Identify high-potential employees and support career development through mentoring and succession planning.
- Maintain accurate training records and manage budgets for learning programs.
- Prepare reports and ensure alignment of talent initiatives with organizational goals.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: BA in Human Resource Management, Management, or related fields.
- Experience: 6+ years in Talent Acquisition, with broad experience in Talent Management preferred.
