Hotel Cassiopeia is a four-star coming soon hotel in the heart of bole sub-city. Our hotel has 120 spacious rooms, two meeting halls, one stylish open restaurant, and one lounge restaurant. It has also one elegant bar plus a coffee bar to relax for both external and in-house guests. Furthermore, our hotel is 1 kilometer away from Bole international airport.

Position:?Guest Service Agent

Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Front Office operation from a recognized University/College
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a receptionist in a 5 or 4 stars hotel or recognized institutions
• Good communication skills and passion for the industry
• Computer literate and able to use Microsoft Office and other programs
• Good spoken and written English
• COC Certification has an advantage
• Additional language has an advantage
