Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
BTL Campaign Development and Execution:
Planned, developed and executed innovative BTL marketing campaigns across various channels such as direct mail, email marketing, events, and in-store promotions.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.
Creative Design and Branding:
Collaborate with the design team to create compelling visual materials and promotional assets for BTL campaigns.
Ensure brand consistency across all BTL marketing materials and campaigns.
Event Planning and Execution:
Plan, organize, and execute promotional events and product launches to engage with customers and promote our brand.
Work with vendors and partners to ensure successful event execution, from logistics to on-site management.
Performance Analysis:
Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of BTL campaigns to measure effectiveness and ROI.
Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing campaign performance and improving future BTL initiatives.
Budget Management:
Manage BTL marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum ROI on campaigns.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in BTL marketing, event management, or a related role.
Strong understanding of BTL marketing strategies and tactics.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with design software is a plus.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
