Job Summary:

Stock Accountant is Responsible for the attached key performance areas:-.

• Manage Inventory Requisition, Purchase Orders Receipts; Materials Received Register, Storage, Dispatch, and Inventory Control in ERP software.
•  Justify if there is any discrepancy between the physical count & record balance and be accountable for discrepancies.
• Reconcile store records with the finance department concerned accountant
• Confirm that delivered goods match purchase order specifications.
• Update the stock periodically; maintain all store reports in Manual/ ERP Software
• Record the store material receipt and consumption, Prepare daily, weekly and monthly store reconciliation statements.
• Maintain records of tools, equipment and all materials under store and within the site
• Maintain clear and organized records to ensure all reports and invoices are filed and stored properly.
• Inform the concerned Supervisor/Manager of the status of the balance of materials in stock and

Qualification Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience for TVET Level IV, and 2 years for BA Degree in Accounting
