Job Description

As a Sales and Service Technician, you will be tasked with both promoting and selling our client's products/services, as well as providing technical support and maintenance. This hybrid role requires a strong understanding of the products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company's products and services.
• Provide technical support and maintenance for sold products.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training for customers.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues reported by clients.
• Maintain and update customer records and service logs.
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve client satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company protocols and safety standards.

Qualifications

• BSC in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering
• 1–2 years of proven experience in technical sales or a related role
• Proven experience in a sales or technical support role.
• Strong understanding of technical products and services offered by the company.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
