Role Summary:
On behalf of our client, We’re hiring a results-driven Sales Manager with solid experience in construction chemical or building materials sales. You will lead technical sales efforts, grow market share, and manage a sales team focused on serving the construction, concrete, and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive B2B sales of construction chemicals and concrete solutions.
- Build strong relationships with contractors, engineers, and distributors.
- Lead and train a high-performing technical sales team.
- Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities.
- Support marketing campaigns and attend industry events.
- Oversee client negotiations, budgets, and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Chemical/Civil Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years in construction chemical or concrete sales;
- Strong knowledge of construction products, B2B sales cycles, and technical selling.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office; fluency in English & Amharic.
