Job Summary:
On behalf of our client, We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and results-driven Female Marketing Expert with a strong background in B2B marketing and prior experience working in or with cosmetics companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective B2B marketing strategies tailored to the cosmetics industry.
- Manage and grow relationships with business partners, distributors, and corporate clients.
- Create compelling marketing content and campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to optimize campaigns.
- Collaborate with product development and sales teams to ensure marketing alignment.
- Represent the brand at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a marketing role, preferably in the cosmetics or beauty industry.
- Proven experience in B2B marketing, including client management and business development.
- Strong understanding of branding, product positioning, and market segmentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative, strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects.
