Description:

• Adhering to regulatory requirements.
• Exchange bank details with the client, receive shipping instructions, and draft LC
• Forward specification to operations for coffee preparation
• Ensure coffee is already at the warehouse
• Ensure the client’s approval of coffee
• Process certificate
• Receive permit and forward to transistor along with shipping instructions and Invoice
• Follow up, facilitate, and secure certificate (quality, phytoplankton, fumigation, etc.)
• Working with colleagues to ensure consistency of documentation practice across the company.
• Follow up and receive staffing report and request BOL
• Receive and confirm BOL with the shipping line.
• Proofreading documents upon request.

Required qualification:-

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management, Business Management, IT, or a related field of study.
• Experience: Minimum of 1-year Experience in Import Export Company
