Position Overview

Our client is seeking a talented Full Stack Developer (Lead Developer) with a strong focus on mobile application development. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in full-stack development and proven leadership abilities. You will play a crucial role in guiding a team to create innovative and user-friendly mobile applications, driving projects from concept to successful execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead & Mentor: Inspire and support a team of developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Mobile App Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using modern technologies that engage users and enhance their experience.
• Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver exceptional mobile solutions that align with user needs.
• Ensure Quality: Uphold code quality through thorough code reviews, testing processes, and adherence to best practices in mobile development.
• Drive Innovation: Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in mobile development to implement cutting-edge solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in full-stack development with a focus on mobile applications and proven leadership capabilities.

Technical Skills:

• Front-End: Strong skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Back-End: Solid knowledge of technologies like Node.js, Python, Ruby, or Java.

Leadership Skills:
