Job Description This vacancy is for ZAK Ethiopia Soap and Detergent Factory located in Akaki Kality Sub City Addis Ababa. Report to supervisor/section head for the day to day activities. Proper co-ordination with saponification operator, Plodder/Cutter Operator, and Online Quality Inspector to ensure the right quality product. Ensure all the process parameters and CCP with-in the permissible limits. Must maintain the logbook with all necessary process data with standard format. Ensure equipment/machine preventive maintenance and GHK of the respective areas. Adopt 5-S and Kaizen (Continues Improvements). To maintain the logbook with required information i.e. Hourly production, Breakdown details (OEE Calculation). Delicately follow the SOP’s to Start-Up and Shut-Down of the machine. Overall control on the machinery & manpower to ensure the optimum quantity & quality output. Ensure that Wrapper inkjet Printer and Carton Printers are well maintained and consumable is available as per production target. Ensure that batch number, date and time are well printed on wrapper at a designated place. Check and ensure that wrapping of soap bars are as per specifications. Cleaning of equipment & General care of the machine and emphasis on Autonomous Maintenance (AM) always. Job Requirements Valid experience in the area Minimum of 3 years experience
