Human Resources (HR) Manager

Job Summary

On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead our human resources operations. The ideal candidate will possess:

• Strong leadership skills
• In-depth knowledge of HR best practices
• Ability to develop and implement policies that foster a positive and productive workplace

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and payroll.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies aligned with company goals.
• Ensure compliance with Ethiopian labor laws and regulations.
• Manage employee engagement initiatives and resolve workplace conflicts.
• Lead talent development programs and succession planning.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Advise management on organizational structure, staffing needs, and workforce planning.
• Monitor HR metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Minimum of 2 years and above proven experience in HR management.
• Strong understanding of Ethiopian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and high attention to detail.
