Job Summary
On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead our human resources operations. The ideal candidate will possess:

- Ability to develop and implement policies that foster a positive and productive workplace
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and payroll.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies aligned with company goals.
- Ensure compliance with Ethiopian labor laws and regulations.
- Manage employee engagement initiatives and resolve workplace conflicts.
- Lead talent development programs and succession planning.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Advise management on organizational structure, staffing needs, and workforce planning.
- Monitor HR metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 2 years and above proven experience in HR management.
- Strong understanding of Ethiopian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and high attention to detail.
