Role Summary

The R&D Associate will play a vital role in supporting the Research and Development department by:

• Identifying innovative security technologies
• Testing and recommending operational improvements
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth industry and competitor research to identify trends and advancements.
• Evaluate emerging security technologies for potential adoption.
• Prepare and present data-driven reports, analysis, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT and operations teams to design, implement, and monitor pilot programs.
• Track and assess the performance of implemented technologies and processes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations, standards, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Research, Engineering, Computer Science, Security Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience (R&D, security, technology, or similar).
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and report-writing abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
