Key responsibilities but not limited to: Implements, installs, configures, monitors, troubleshoots and evaluates existing and new operating & network system and ensure all staff, lab computers, projectors, and other office machines run smoothly Create Maintenance schedule and ensure all staff computers and office machines’ software are up to date Ensure that all lab computers and back-office machines and servers are clean Make sure the availability of the training materials like Marker, laser-pointer, spare batteries and ensure that enough backups are kept. Be acquainted with the available help resources and stay updated with the current technology changes. Ensure proper treatment and authorized removal of equipment. Log equipment damage, malfunctions, and report accordingly Provide end-user support, resolving technical issues and provides technical assistance for all Operating system Basic understanding of server-side systems like DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, Samba. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information System, Electrical Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field with 1+ years of work experience or A college diploma with a minimum of 5 years of work experience as a computer lab technician with a solid understanding of IT training or 4 to 5 years of work experience as a lab technician with a COC certificate of level IV Other Skills/competencies: Excellent time management, organizational skills and attention to detail Good verbal and written communication skills of English Ability to work well with all levels of management, trainees, as well as trainers Experience working in a fast pace environment Ability to manage multiple assigned tasks at a given time Established interpersonal skills Enthusiastic, self-starter attitude Hands-on problem-solving experience Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work in a large team
