Job Summary
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a dedicated and qualified Trainer in Hospitality and Tourism to provide training for individuals preparing to work abroad. The ideal candidate must hold a COC Level IV certificate. No work experience is required as long as the certification is in place.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct both practical and theoretical training sessions for hospitality-related roles abroad.
- Prepare trainees in areas such as housekeeping, front office, food and beverage service, and customer care.
- Use the COC Level IV curriculum as a standard to guide training delivery.
- Monitor, assess, and report on trainee performance and progress.
- Ensure a high standard of training quality and trainee engagement.
- Develop or adapt training materials suited for international job requirements.
- Foster a respectful, inclusive, and motivating learning environment.
- Participate in trainer meetings and report to program supervisors.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel and Tourism Management or related field
- COC Certificate Level IV in Hotel and Tourism (mandatory)
- No work experience required, but must have strong knowledge of hospitality standards
- Strong communication, teaching, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a class and motivate learners of different backgrounds
