Main purposes of the jobs The purpose of the Construction Project Manager position is to plan, organize and executed different retail shops and other construction projects. He/she shall prepare a bill of quantity and tender documents. Facilitate and supervise site construction works of the project as per the standard design, specification of the project. Main Task and responsibilities: Comes up with draft construction activities, detail operational plan for each project for discussion and develops the final version along with its implementation. Prepares all the drawings, designs and materials specifications (bill of quantities) and ensures approval by authorized person before commencing the construction work. Evaluate the proposal submitted by the potential contract together with other teams and forwarded the proposal to the CEO. Visit the construction sites on weekly basis to ensure that the construction is undertaking as per the plan. Provides technical assistance to counterparts with regard to technical design when required. Follow-up and facilitate of the payments to the contractors as per the agreed-upon post surveying measurements and work progress. Prepares and submit progress report on the construction activity. Education/Training BSc Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Experience 4 years for in construction and of which at least 2 years in project management.
