Job Summary
Responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and organizational policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and generate reports
- Manage vendor payments, invoice preparation, and customer payment follow-ups
- Document all financial transactions properly
- Review financial documents to identify and resolve discrepancies and irregularities
- Reconcile financial statements, reports, and transactions
- Support audit processes and cooperate with auditors in preparing audit reports
- Prepare and analyze financial statements including cash flow, balance sheet, and profit & loss statement
Required Skills
- Proficiency in ERP or accounting and finance software
- Advanced MS Excel skills (including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional responsibility
- Ability to prioritize tasks and plan effectively
- Dependable, team-oriented, and able to follow work directives
