JSK Travels PLC is looking for a reliable, active, and responsible individual to support both field operations and basic accounting tasks. This role combines office support with outdoor responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who is organized, trustworthy, and proactive.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver documents, invoices, and bills to clients and partners
- Collect payments and submit them securely to the office
- Issue receipts and maintain proper documentation
- Assist with basic accounting tasks and record keeping
- Support finance team with data entry and simple reports
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and collections
- Report daily activities and ensure proper follow-up
- Handle company documents safely and professionally
Qualifications
- TVET / Diploma in Accounting or related field
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Basic computer skills (Excel, data entry)
- Valid driving license is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
