Ethiopian Airlines Group invites qualified applicants for Ethiopian Aviation University for the position of Adjunct Professor of Aircraft Maintenance Practices.
QUALIFICATION
- Ph.D. or master’s degree in aviation maintenance, Aeronautical Engineering, or a related field, earned in residence through a full-time program at an accredited institution. Relevant certifications include:
- Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification
Industry Experience
Practical experience in aircraft maintenance roles is desirable. Candidates should possess expertise in:
- Aviation Maintenance Technology: In-depth knowledge of maintenance procedures and regulatory compliance
- Aircraft Systems: Understanding of various aircraft systems, including electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and propulsion systems
- Safety and Regulatory Standards: Familiarity with ECAA regulations, safety protocols, and industry best practices in aircraft maintenance
- Inspection and Quality Control: Expertise in inspection techniques, quality assurance, and maintenance documentation
- Troubleshooting and Repair: Skills in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults in aircraft
LANGUAGE
- Knowledge of the ET working language, English, is mandatory.
