Ethiopian Airlines Group invites qualified applicants for Ethiopian Aviation University for the position of Adjunct Professor of Entrepreneurship in Aviation.
Qualification Requirements
- Educational Background: Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship, Business Administration, Aviation Management, or a related field, earned in residence through a full-time program at an accredited institution.
- Industry Experience: Relevant experience in entrepreneurship, preferably within the aviation sector, including start-up experience or consulting for aviation businesses is desirable.
Expertise Required
- Entrepreneurship Principles: Comprehensive understanding of entrepreneurship theories, business models, and start-up methodologies.
- Aviation Industry Insight: Familiarity with the aviation sector, including market dynamics, regulatory frameworks, and emerging trends impacting aviation start-ups.
- Business Planning: Proficiency in developing business plans, financial projections, and market analyses specific to aviation ventures.
- Innovation and Technology: Knowledge of technological advancements in aviation and their implications for new business opportunities.
Language
- Knowledge of the working language, English, is mandatory.
