Admin Sales

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and organized Admin Sales professional to support sales operations and administrative processes. This is an entry-level position suitable for candidates with little to no experience, although some background in sales or customer service will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks and documentation.
• Maintain and update customer records and sales data in the system.
• Prepare sales reports, presentations, and other relevant documents.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, and follow-ups for the sales team.
• Support in order processing, invoicing, and tracking deliveries.
• Ensure smooth communication between sales, operations, and management teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum education: Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
• 0 years of experience; some sales or customer service experience preferable.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
