Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and organized Admin Sales professional to support sales operations and administrative processes. This is an entry-level position suitable for candidates with little to no experience, although some background in sales or customer service will be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks and documentation.
- Maintain and update customer records and sales data in the system.
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and other relevant documents.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and follow-ups for the sales team.
- Support in order processing, invoicing, and tracking deliveries.
- Ensure smooth communication between sales, operations, and management teams.
Requirements:
- Minimum education: Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
- 0 years of experience; some sales or customer service experience preferable.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
