Job Description
The Eagles Maritime and Trade Logistics PLC is a specialized logistics and transport consultancy firm engaged in logistics strategy, transport systems, corridor development, and trade facilitation studies. The company is seeking a motivated and responsible Administration and Finance Officer to manage administrative, financial, and regulatory matters.
This role is suitable for young professionals or fresh graduates who are motivated, trustworthy, and capable of handling office administration and financial management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all financial record-keeping and office expenses.
- Handle petty cash and maintain financial documentation.
- Manage office administration and daily operations.
- Coordinate with government offices for tax, licensing, and regulatory matters.
- Handle correspondence and office communications.
- Manage office supplies and procurement.
- Support company liaison, coordination, and outreach activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance.
- 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates may apply).
- Strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
