Key Role Overview
The Administrative Assistant will provide essential administrative and secretarial support to ensure the smooth and professional operation of the Firm, including office coordination, document management, court follow-ups, and client support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front-office operations, schedules, meetings, and official communications.
- Provide secretarial and document support, including typing, filing, and record management.
- Track court dates, deadlines, and registry follow-ups.
- Support client intake, correspondence, and confidentiality requirements.
- Assist partners with logistical, marketing, and coordination tasks.
- Support billing, basic finance administration, and office procurement.
- Uphold strict confidentiality, professionalism, and compliance with firm policies.
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree in Secretarial Science, Office Administration, Accounting, Economics, Law, or a related field.
- A minimum of two years of experience.
- Strong computer, typing, and document-formatting skills.
- Good command of Amharic and English.
- Experience in a law firm or professional services organization.
