Responsibilities
- Oversee daily airmail and courier service operations from dispatch to delivery.
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of delivery routes and schedules.
- Lead cross-functional teams and supervise workflow improvements.
- Liaise with the airline, customs, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth operation.
- Analyze performance reports and implement strategies for operational excellence.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and performance evaluation for the operations team.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in logistics or courier operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of courier and freight forwarding procedures.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
