Job Summary
The architect is expected to give the necessary assistance to the project manager in connection with regional & HQ construction projects in a diligent & professional manner. Follow & supervise the project construction activities in accordance with the established rules, regulations & procedures of the Administration. Study drawings, specifications, contracts, and quantities thoroughly, making himself the most knowledgeable person of the project & report to the project manager for any necessary appropriate actions to be taken. Check the architectural design appropriateness of the projects as per the needs & requirements of the Administration. Prepare the architectural design of anticipated projects & present it to the project management office for approval. Solve any design issue matters by consulting with the project manager & project consultants. Prepare monthly work progress reports of the project activities. Do further activities as per the instructions given from the project manager.
Qualification
- MSc/B.Sc Degree in architecture & urban planning & 4/6 years working experience for MSc and BSc respectively in the field of high-rise building design, architecture landscape design, interior design, 3D development, etc.
