About the Job: Next Logistics PLC is seeking a highly qualified and licensed Assessor and Customs Clearing Agent to join our growing team. The role involves managing import and export customs clearance processes, ensuring compliance with Ethiopian customs laws, and facilitating smooth logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customs clearance processes for both import and export shipments.
- Accurately prepare and submit customs declarations through the Ethiopian Customs electronic system.
- Classify goods according to the Harmonized System (HS) Code.
- Ensure compliance with Ethiopian customs laws and regulations.
- Liaise with customs officers, clients, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth clearance.
- Maintain proper records of customs documentation and processes.
Qualification:
- BA Degree in any field of study
Professional Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
Requirement Skill:
- Strong communication skills
