About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking high-quality Italian and Continental dishes, including pasta, risotto, pizzas, and more.
- Prepare a variety of breads, including chapati, ensuring consistency and quality excellence.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist in menu planning, food preparation, and inventory management.
- Ensure timely preparation of meals with attention to taste and presentation.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure a smooth workflow.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year as an Assistant Cook in Italian or Continental cuisine, with experience in bread and chapati preparation.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of Italian cooking techniques and Continental food preparation.
- Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to a new culture and work in an international setting.
