About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking high-quality Italian and Continental dishes, including pasta, risotto, pizzas, and more.
• Prepare a variety of breads, including chapati, ensuring consistency and quality excellence.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Assist in menu planning, food preparation, and inventory management.
• Ensure timely preparation of meals with attention to taste and presentation.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure a smooth workflow.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year as an Assistant Cook in Italian or Continental cuisine, with experience in bread and chapati preparation.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of Italian cooking techniques and Continental food preparation.
• Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to a new culture and work in an international setting.
