Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Assistant role located in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The Assistant will provide administrative and operational support, manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle correspondence. The role also includes maintaining organized electronic and physical filing systems, preparing reports, and supporting various team projects. The successful candidate will collaborate with team members to ensure efficient daily operations and contribute to a productive work environment.

• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
• Adaptability to work on-site in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
• Previous administrative or assistant experience is an advantage
